Ice storm pictures

Though the storm caused several problems, Colby and I loved driving around and seeing the beauty the storm left.

there was ice on everything. here each blade of grass in the field is iced over individually.

Of course, the storm wasn't all beauty. . .

Colby's car was encased in about a half inch of ice. luckily mine was in our garage.

6 of the 7 car ports collapsed. Management frantically ran around knocking on doors when the first one collapsed and most (including us) ignored the warning. After the 2nd (and 3rd, 4th...) we took it more seriously.

Trees were down all over the place and several knocked out electric lines.

but, its sunny now and all the ice is gone... :)
